The release date of Sanjay Dutt’s film ‘The Bhootni’ changed

The makers of the horror action-comedy film “The Bhootni” have decided to change its release date. The Sanjay Dutt starrer will now release on May 1.
The VFX of the film is in progress and the makers want to give the audience the best cinematic experience.
Sharing the new release date of “The Bhootni”, the makers said, “A person can fix the date of love, but not the Bhootni’s arrival… When will she come, how will she come, only she knows. It was thought that it would come on April 18, but now it is coming on May 1, be ready.”

If the film had released on April 18, it would have been in direct competition with Akshay Kumar’s ‘Kesari Chapter 2‘. Recently, Navneet Malik, who plays the role of young Sanjay Dutt in the film, spoke about the challenges he faced while preparing for his role.

Navneet Malik told IANS, “It is indeed a pleasure to work with a great actor like Sanjay Dutt. I am playing Sanjay Dutt myself in the film, but I will not reveal much about the entire story or my character right now. I want everyone to watch the film in theatres and then we can talk about it.”

The trailer of the film has received an overwhelming response.  Apart from Sanjay Dutt, “The Bhootni” also stars Mouni Roy, Sunny Singh, Palak Tiwari, Bionic and Asif Khan in pivotal roles.

‘The Bhootni‘ is presented by Soham Rockstar Entertainment and Three Dimension Motion Pictures, produced by Deepak Mukut, Sanjay Dutt, Hunar Mukut and Manyata Dutt under the banner of Soham Rockstar Entertainment Production. The film will release in theaters on 1 May 2025 in association with Zee Studios.
