Mumbai Indians (MI) will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in a crucial match at the Wankhede Stadium. Mumbai Indians have not had a good performance in the tournament so far. They lost the first two matches to Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Gujarat Titans (GT), after which they beat Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by 8 wickets. However, in the last match, they suffered their third defeat against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). Mumbai Indians will need to register some wins to get their campaign back on track.
Jasprit Bumrah’s inclusion in the team ahead of this big clash has strengthened the team. Rohit Sharma may also return to the team. Rohit was ruled out of the match against LSG due to injury.
Mumbai’s Probable Playing XI against RCB
Rohit Sharma will open the innings with Ryan Rickleton, followed by Will Jacks, who will come in as an impact player. Suryakumar Yadav will bat at number four, followed by Tilak Verma, Naman Dheer and Hardik Pandya. Deepak Chahar, Trent Boult, Jasprit Bumrah, Vignesh Purathur and Mitchell Santner could be the bowling options for MI.

Bumrah’s return will strengthen the bowling, however, the concern for MI has been their batting, which has been disappointing. The likes of Rohit Sharma, Ryan Rickleton, Tilak Verma and Hardik Pandya have not scored runs. The batsmen will need to perform well for MI to win.
