Actually, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned actor Mahesh Babu for questioning on April 27 in the money laundering case related to Hyderabad-based real estate firms Sai Surya Developers and Surana Group. If the information is to be believed, Mahesh Babu is under investigation for promoting the real estate projects run by these firms. ED sources say that Mahesh Babu was paid Rs 5.9 crore for the ad of Sai Surya Developers, Rs 3.4 crore through official banking channels and Rs 2.5 crore was allegedly given in cash.
